We have been working on a mural for Lowes Distribution Center, all the artists contributed to the piece and we incorporated hardware bought from Lowes.

Here we see Liz, Jeanne, Erin and Pam standing on the bridge by the pond, which is reminiscent of Monet's garden, on the grounds of the Ogunquit Museum of American Art, where they also had a plein air experience and had the opportunity to do watercolor and photograph the landscape and sculptures. Finally, this is Perkins Cove from our balcony, what a great view to wake up to!

NE PA CIL Award for Excellence

Yesterday several of the artists and staff attended The Northeast Pennsylvania Center For Independent Living lunch in Scranton to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the signing of the "Americans with disabilities Act".

Verve Vertu studio was thrilled to be honored with the Edye Ransom Award for Excellence for distinguished efforts and commitment to the act.

Farmers Market

We were out at farmers market again today, it was a beautiful day for it and Roxanne and Jeanne had fun demonstrating their felting techniques to the public.

We'll be out there again on the 22nd for Creative Arts Day so come and visit us in the square

Our display at St. Lukes for 1st Friday in Scranton last week .

Along with us was Keystone Resource Center, who presented a tribute to women who serve our country, made entirely out of paper mache.

Thanks to all the participants of Keystone for a great job.

Keystone is also a program that serves people with special needs
