DAY OF WELLNESS....April 12, 2019
Friday found us hosting a day of wellness for 27. The days offering was aromatherapy, yoga a healthy nutritious delicious lunch and then a lesson in batik. It was an adventurous day of zoning in on ways to promote a healthy mind body and spirit. I hope all who attended found something that they can incorporate into their daily life.
